Tizgee has been associated with Electrosoft over the better part of a decade now, and has been charged with carrying out frequent website content, image and graphic updates; regular site maintenance; and website performance monitoring and reporting. We also handle the company’s social media marketing efforts.
A veritable magnum opus, consisting of several sections, dozens of pages and subpages, Electrosoft’s website is an incredibly dynamic platform, with news posts, blog posts, and various types of resource updates effected at an average frequency of 2-3 per week.
We also handle the brands social media platforms and put up an average of 20-25 social media posts every month. We have therefore assigned dedicated design, development, content marketing and operational resources to perform these responsibilities speedily, seamlessly and accurately.
Site Maintenance:
We run maintenance updates every Sunday and submit weekly Maintenance reports at the beginning of each week.
Site updates:
Carried out as and when required adding an average of 10-12 new resources to the website every month. These are individually reviewed by multiple teams, just after they are implemented, and during monthly and quarterly review meetings.
Social Media Management:
We manage Electrosoft’s social media platforms and put up an average of 20-25 posts every month, in order to:
– Amplify owned long-form content – news posts, blog posts, white papers, articles, videos, newsletters…as and when they are added to the site
– Propagate industry-relevant news articles and stories from 3rd party sources.
– Attract and recruit candidates
– Put out client reviews and employee reviews
– Announce wins, achievements and awards
– …and much more
Performance Monitoring:
We generate monthly Google Analytics Reports, reviewed during monthly and quarterly review meetings. We investigate the reasons for any sub-par metrics and aberrations and recommend appropriate remedial actions, course-corrections, and fine-tuning to address them and reverse undesirable trends.
Broken Links Reports:
Generated each month and appropriately fixed within 24 hours of detection, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Quarterly website audits:
Generated each quarter. All inconsistencies, discrepancies & aberrations unearthed, are duly discussed during quarterly review meetings, and resolved within the ensuing 3-7 days, depending on the complexities involved.
Page/section revamps and refreshes:
From time-to-time Tizgee has been asked to refresh and redevelop large sections of the website. Important sections that have been revamped include:
– Each of the Service Area pages under the main menu item – What We Do
– The career-oriented page titled Life@Electrosoft
– The client reviews page titled Client Kudos
– The employee reviews page entitled TeamSpeak
– …among many others
While it is difficult to directly correlate the effect our efforts have had on business/brand outcomes, the fact is that Electrosoft has grown and prospered like few other companies we’ve worked with over the last 7 years. We can only go by the open acknowledgement and appreciation we’ve received from all key stakeholders to surmise that we’ve played some part in its unalloyed success!
