Content Creation CLIENTS

CASE STUDY

Janice Speer is a certified family nurse practitioner, with over 30 years of experience working with various healthcare facilities across the country, primarily in Adult ICU and ER – Neuroscience and Trauma being her pet specialties. Toward the end of 2022 – Janice started thinking seriously about starting her own practice and she founded Speer Primary Care (Speer) in early 2023

Janice was looking for a branding and digital marketing agency to help her with logo design & branding, a website, and some marketing activity that could generate increased levels of client enquiries, appointments, and footfalls.

Searching online for an affordable digital marketing agencies that helps small businesses & startups, Janice came across Tizgee’s website. Impressed by some of our work, particularly in the healthcare space, she got in touch and was soon convinced she’d found exactly the kind of support she sought.

Yes, the logo and the branding, the overall look & feel and tone & manner of the website we designed and developed, were all vital components in our effort to create a brand that exuded warmth and inspired trust.

However, it was our conviction that our success as a brand hinged on the quality of our content. We needed to both create and curate value-added content that was deeply relevant informative, insightful and meaningful to our clients and prospects. Neither too complex and jargon-filled nor overly simplistic and dumbed-down. Friendly and helpful, with a personal touch.

Logo Design & Branding:

(A) The graphic combines the serpent-entwined Rod of Asclepius with the stethoscope, instantly cueing in the category the brand operates in.

(B) The color scheme – purple (for warmth) and Silver-Grey (for protection) is appropriate, striking and complementary.

(C) The bold open typeface in ALL CAPITALS reflects stability trust and optimism.

Website Design & Development:

The design carries forward the brand colors. The images not only reinforce the feelings of genuine warmth and optimism. There is a marked personal touch in the choice of imagery and in the tone of the web copy, much of which is written in first person. While we seamlessly integrated a third-party billing solution, overall, the development is largely bereft of fancy features and gimmicks.

Focus on Content Marketing:

The site included a ‘Resources’ section with a vast repository of over 300 pieces of well-researched medical literature dealing with a wide range of health conditions. While some of this was curated, our content team massaged and tailored much of it, to conform with the brand’s tone & manner.

Our content writers also contributed several original papers, articles, and self-help guides on various fields of medicine, which called for a fair degree of research, and formed a substantial part of this value-added content repository, which was categorized by topic. We created appropriate, on-brand graphics to represent each of 50+ such topics.

Having created this extensive library of content, the obvious next step was to promote and amplify this content via social media. Our content team initiated multiple social media ad campaigns and created, managed and monitored a regular cadence of organic social media posts to highlight the some of the common health issues that clients suffered from. Many of these social media ads and posts directly promoted and propagated the long-form content from the website
