The V3 Program has been recognized as one of his most important employment initiatives in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is supported by a Private/Public Sector Partnership and Inter-Agency Council made up of State and Industry Representatives. The overall goal of the Virginia Values Veterans Program is to empower Virginia's employers to recapitalize an aging workforce by creating their own Veteran Talent Acquisition and Retention Support Program based upon industry best practices and proven recruiting methods.

On February 7th, 2017, 1:00pm EST, Visionary Consulting Partners conducted a webinar that highlighted how we apply the V3 Program’s standards and practices within our company; particularly how we vet, hire and train Veterans to be functioning employees of our company, and our wide pool of talented consultants.

While our company certifications have enabled us to take part in the V3 Program, Visionary would not have been approached to participate had it not been for our reputation of having a fierce commitment to Veterans and their families prior to the V3 Program’s inception.
