United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

In September 2016, a contract for Executive Coaching for Senior Leadership was awarded to Visionary Consulting Partners, LLC by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Visionary is currently supporting the Office of the Secretary (OSEC) to improve HUD processes and strengthen leadership through increased individual proficiency and productivity.  A designated group of senior HUD leaders will directly benefit from coaching sessions designed to improve leadership and strategic planning skills; 360 assessments and feedback to assess training and development needs; and Individual Development Plans (IDP) to create an organized pathway for improving individual strengths and weaknesses, along with professional skills and departmental productivity.
