Pool Deck Party Room

Here's a screened in deck we built for a client in Oakton, VA. The main challenge here was that the location for this new structure was to be built between an exisitng pool area and house. Some special features of this project include: a high-end radiant heat system, built in gas grill and an sound system with out door TV's .
