The McLean Pool House

This client was interested in a pool house with a dual purpose. This included running her gourmet pickle business as well providing a summer-time entertainment gather spot.

The real challenge was building this multi purpose house between the existing home and existing pool. But we did it! This house features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and commercial grade kitchen including retro appliances.

• Large front porch overlooking the pool including Pennsylvania flagstone with tongue and groove ceiling
• Low maintenance exterior with Hardie Plank siding
• Hideaway gutter system
