This beautiful remodeled rambler in Vienna had great bones to expand on. We were hire by the client to turn the original one story house into a home that meets the needs of a growing family that loves the neighborhood.

Mission accomplished! We removed the existing roof, raised the exterior wall framing, giving them the ever-popular 9’ ceiling so many homeowners like. In addition, we expanded their 3 bedrooms, 2 bath to a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bath with a large gourmet kitchen including a huge 5’ x 8’ island.
