Brian Guertin

Brian joined Govan Builders in 2015 as our senior Project Manger focused on guiding clients in the Vienna, Oakton, McLean and Fairfax areas through every step of their remodeling experiences. He brings to Govan Builders a long history of success both as a business owner and manager, having spent the past 20 years as Senior Project Developer with a select few residential design/build firm’s in the area. He’s an enthusiastic team builder and decision maker who loves the strategic planning involved in complex projects and demanding timelines. In his spare time Brian loves spending time in nature at his brothers Farm in Southwest Virginia as well as jetting back to the Midwest where he grew up to catch an Arizona Cardinal’s game (Even though they moved away from St. Louis). Brian and his wife Kate (a Marshall Road Elementary School Teacher) and family reside in Vienna, VA.
